Propintellix is a technology platform operated by The Great Aus Dream Pty Ltd (ABN 64 627 785 353). The platform provides educational and illustrative property investment modelling tools, calculators, AI-powered analysis, stock portal services, and project marketing capabilities for licensed wealth professionals and intermediaries.

2. No Financial Advice

All tools, calculators, AI outputs, projections, reports, and modelling on this platform are illustrative only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Propintellix does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and does not provide personal financial advice.

You must obtain independent professional advice from a licensed financial adviser, accountant, mortgage broker, or legal practitioner before making any financial or investment decisions based on information from this platform.

3. Professional Use Only (B2B)

Propintellix is a business-to-business (B2B) platform designed for use by licensed and authorised professionals including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial planners, accountants, investment advisors, and property developers.

By creating an account, you represent that you are a professional operating in one of these capacities or are an authorised representative of a professional firm. All applications are subject to business verification.

4. Intermediary Responsibilities

If you are an agent, broker, advisor, or intermediary using this platform to service clients, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your clients receive appropriate independent professional advice.
• You will not represent platform outputs as personal financial advice to your clients.
• You will clearly communicate to clients that all modelling is illustrative and subject to change.
• You hold all necessary licences, authorisations, and insurance required under applicable law.

5. Accuracy & Limitations

While we endeavour to provide accurate calculations and data, Propintellix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any outputs. Market conditions, interest rates, tax rules, lending criteria, and government policies may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all data and calculations before relying on them for any purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, algorithms, designs, and branding on the Propintellix platform are the intellectual property of The Great Aus Dream Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propintellix and The Great Aus Dream Pty Ltd exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of or reliance on information, tools, or outputs provided by the platform, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, you will be required to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
